Following being part of last years phenomenal Jessie’s Ride, I am back in the saddle again to continue my pledge to try and raise awareness of suicide loss, mental health difficulties and as always to remember Jessie, never forgotten and missed by so many and raise funds for Mind who champion for so many whose voices are unheard.

My first Ride London in 2017 was a pretty memorable event - bike malfunctions, toilet queues through to pure exhaustion in the last 10 miles as I rushed to finish in the cut off time and get to the pub with Phil and our supporters....Ideally an early start time and no mechanical issues will give me an opportunity to appreciate the atmosphere and landmarks of this fantastic event, whilst I raise some pennies in Jessie’s name for Mind.

Those that read and visit Jessica’s page only too well know her story, we are now into the 6 th year of her absense and whilst the discussions around suicide awareness has become more open, there is still so much to be done and that is why we can never be complacent and I whole heartedly thank you in anticipation of any donations to continue her legacy....
