Philippa remains constantly in my mind and is so sadly missed
The illness that took her is still difficult to understand - but thanks to the work of Mind we are making progress.
Over the first three weekends of June I will be attempting to run 6 miles (2 castles 09/06/19) - cycle 56 miles (London to Brighton 16/06/19) and swim 3 miles (great east swim 22/06/19).
