On Sunday 7th August I'll be running a 10k race to raise funds and awareness of mental health issues, via the charity York Mind.

As you know I lost my beautiful friend Sam Scatty Ley to mental illness a few months ago so I'm doing it for her.

I'm sure it will do my own mental health good to have something to focus on and work towards too :)
