Phil's Back on the Road

PHIL'S BACK ON THE ROAD

In July of this year I will be taking part in the Prudential Ride London 100 - a 100 mile cycle around London. Following on from last years ride to Paris I will once again be riding in memory of our beloved Jessie as well as raising money for the mental health charity MIND.

I am riding not only to raise money to contribute to the fantastic work that it does but to also raise awareness for mental health. Mental illness is something which affects so many but it is something which people are still reluctant to talk about - often because it is something which people do not understand.

Again I have the honour of undertaking this feat with Colin Morton - Jessie's stepfather. As a pair we work well together and our ride to Paris last year will bear testament, with Colin providing the organisational prowess while I am the eye candy! I hope that through this ride myself and Colin are able to raise awareness for mental health, get people talking and help those who are suffering reach their full potential and have a better life.

We are doing this for Jessie and for everyone who has been affected. Please support us in any way you can
