Mud Runner Oblivion

My cousin Phillipa was popular, intelligent, beautiful and loving. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't remember her infectious smile. She meant so much to so many. Despite all of this she battled with depression.

I have a fantastic husband and group of close friends who know how much Pip meant, who have formed a team for Mud Runner this year to raise money for Mind.

Mind is a charity who provide invaluable support to those battling with mental illness, and who support friends and families that have lost so greatly.

Mud Runner is a series of 3 challenging cross country races held at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire.

The team will complete a 6ish mile gruelling cross country course interspersed with ten different tests of strength, endurance and co-ordination.

The current series includes a cross country, a duathlon and a cross country obstacle course.
