London Marathon raising money for MIND

Event date

13th April 2014

I first met Philippa when we started Nottingham University together in the same hall both studying Medicine. She was an inspirational girl who never failed to make others around her smile and laugh despie her own struggle with depression. She was a wonderful friend and hugely valued at Nottingham.

I am running the London Marathon in her memory to raise money and awareness for mental health issues such as depression. 1 in 4 people suffer from a mental health problem and MIND work to provide support for those suffering by improving services and raising awareness.
