Ian went to watch the Great Manchester 10k run last year at the end of May. We were watching friends and family take part and he turned to me and said " you never know I might be running next year." Sadly he took his own life on 17th June 2013, just 3 weeks after the event.

We are hoping to create a team running for Mind with Ian's photo on our T shirts and to run in his memory. We already have :
