Half Marathons

A few of us are getting off our arses, onto our legs, and running a half-marathon for Geoff.

This will be Liverpool (13th March), Sheffield (10th April) or Hackney (8th May). Possibly all if we can recover in time.

Running is great for your mental health: it gives you pause from the stresses and strains of life, it increases adrenaline and moves fresh oxygen around your body.

It'll be hard and sweaty, but for the love of a lost friend.
