Manchester 10k Run 2015

10th May 2015

Last year 9 of us ran this in various states of fitness and unfitness to remember Ian. This year we're doing the same thing so if you fancy joining us, the more the merrier If you don't feel up to the run, then please sponsor us- however small the donation it is most welcome. All money goes to Mind in memory of Ian, keeping his name alive.
