Hi  there, looks like you have stumbled upon my charity profile! Let’s start with a little about me. My names Elliot and I live in the Winchester area, where I am an assistant manager of a brilliant good pub which resides on the river Itchen. This where I met the phenomenal Cath Morton, we exchanged stories on how mental health affected our own clans lives but we both reacted in the same way to our personal challenges and want ensure; change, awareness and legacy.

Change, it’s simple. We want to change the way people talk, react and perceive mental illness. It’s not taboo… Talk about it. Who said it was cool to be bottled up with toxic emotions.

Awareness. There are many stereotypes and false ideas of what it is to be unwell in the attic (mind). Each scenario is different but the more people know, the more people can help.

Legacy. We have both lost someone but for us it doesn’t end there.

This year it is my personal goal to raise as much money as I possibly can for the fantastic charity Mind. One of the events I will participate in this year is a cycle ride from London to Amsterdam in aid of Jesses legacy.
