COLIN'S BACK IN THE SADDLE FOR JESSIE

I am honoured once again to be cycling for Mind in memory of Jessie.

Last years ride to Paris was full of challenges both physically and emotionally but Jess and the cause kept my head up till I entered Paris and the finish at the Eifel Tower.

I guess that is also what is spurring me on - that there can be no complacency in mental health awareness, fighting stigma and ensuring mental health is kept in the public arena in the hope that the right support and care is there for those who so desperately need it.

This is for Jessie, her mother and sisters and those that loved her so, I thank you all for your support and any donations to continue her legacy
