To celebrate the life of our wonderful friend and to acknowledge the happiness and friendship he gave all of us in a life cut short, we will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 6th 2013.

Ed battled with depression for a long time. By doing this run we will be raising money, which will help the charity to help people like Ed in the future and raise awareness of the of the desperation that Ed and others feel.

Prior to signing up to do this, most of us would not even run for a bus, let alone 13.1094 miles! But rest assured you will not be backing any lame horses here!
